Everything we sell is seafood that comes from inshore fishing of the Rias Baixas. Within hours of being fished we buy it at public auctions and immediately we transport it in isothermal vehicles to our factory, here we purify it for at least 15h. Some products such as oysters or clams, are distributed fresh and others, such as queen scallops, are cleaned using a craft process, vacuum packed on the half shell and immediately deep-frozen and stored in cold rooms for distribution. The process is characterized by respect for environmental sustainability and strict compliance with health standards.
